Amber St. Peter is a vegan chef of 6 years from a tiny farm town in Maine who now lives in bustling Southern California.
She began working as a chef at a small vegetarian cafe in Orange County, and now works as a baker + caterer in her community, as well as publishes whole food, plant-based recipes weekly on her blog FettleVegan.com. With help from her partner Alex, Amber dishes up healthy, delicious recipes that even scared-to-cook carnivores won’t be able to resist.
Her recipes have been published in the New York Times, Huffington Post, the Kitchn, and on BuzzFeed. Her first cookbook, Homestyle Vegan, will be available wherever books are sold in November.
