Matt is a Registered Dietitian, has two degrees in nutrition and over 20 years experience with veganism.
His expertise is helping individuals make the change to plant-based diets in a healthy, sustainable way. He is the past-Chair of the Vegetarian Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, co-author of No Meat Athlete with Matt Frazier and Appetite for Reduction with Isa Moskowitz, and co-creator of Strongest Hearts, a web series on vegan athletes. He has a private practice in Los Angeles, CA.
