Ron Russell is co-founder of the famous SunCafe Organic plant-food restaurant in Studio City-Hollywood. Suncafe has received 20 culinary awards including being named 1 of the top 10 Vegan Restaurant in America, Top 20 restaurant in California and Opentable named Suncafe Top 10 Restaurant in Los Angeles in 2013 & 2016. Ron worked 5 years with Dr. Dean Ornish's UCLA cardiology clinic weekly feeding his patients and also training them to cook healthy vegan food.
Ron has taught more than 400 healing, plant-based cooking classes featuring his own world fusion cuisine, in a 15-minute gourmet recipe format. He has been featured on many TV shows including ABC, KTLA Morning Show, Fox Morning, in addition to the NY Times.
