With nearly 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Travis Roe is a dedicated culinary professional passionate about plant-based cuisine and sustainability. Currently serving as the Regional Chef for The Plot Group, Travis has honed his expertise in a variety of plant- forward restaurants, where he has embraced innovative cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients.

Before joining The Plot Group, Travis spent three years as a Cellar Master at Vesper Vineyards, deepening his understanding of flavor profiles and sustainable practices in winemaking. He also excelled as a Prep Chef at Campfire, where he honed his skills in fermentation and total utilization of fresh and local ingredients.  

Travis is committed to elevating plant-based dining experiences and promoting sustainability in the culinary world, making him a valuable asset to any team seeking to redefine modern cuisine.
