WHERE DO I SIGN UP? Come to the Vegfest office to register in person between 11 am-1:30 pm on Sunday, Oct, 27th

How to Sign Up

On Sunday, October 27, 2024, before 1:30 pm, fill out the sign-in sheet at VEGFEST OFFICE for your division (name, email, category, title of costume ), a rules/release form, and get your entry number.

Then, come to the judging area next to the VIP LOUNGE at the specific time for your division(s) and hand in your entry number.

You’ll be competing for awesome prizes donated by our fabulous vegan vendors

Age Divisions

1. “Little Ones and Kids" division ages 0-9: JUDGING STARTS AT 2:15 PM
2. “Teens” division ages 10-17”: JUDGING STARTS AT 2:40 PM
3. “Adults” 18+: JUDGING STARTS AT 3:00 PM

Costume Categories

1. Most Green/Vegan OR animal kindness OR SoCal Vegfest 2024 themed most festive
2. Cutest and/or funniest 
3. Most creative (spooky, characters)

Winners are Announced and Awarded at 3:15 PM

General Rules

• Arrive at the judging area a few minutes before your scheduled judging time, ready to show off your favorite way of supporting animals, adorable beings, or spooky creatures. You may enter the division for your age division.
  
• Enter your name, a contact email, the category you wish to be judged on and give your costume a title (Dog, Pythagoras, Tofu, ... ) 
• All costumes must be “G” rated and vegan-friendly (no real fur, feathers, wool, silk, pearls, coral, seashells, animal skin/hide, bones, etc.). 
• No actual living or dead animals may be included as part of your costume. It can be homemade, professionally made, rented, or purchased.
