Q: What are the requirements to become an ambassador?

A: You must be at least 18 years old and have a public Instagram account with a minimum of 10,000 followers.

Q: When does the ambassador program close?

A: SoCal VegFest Ambassador Registration Closes on October 15.

Responsibilities

Q: What are my responsibilities as an ambassador?

A: You agree to:

Share two posts on your Instagram promoting SoCal VegFest ticket sales no later than October 26.
Share a post at the event to share your experience.
Use your unique affiliate link to promote ticket sales.
Tag @socalvegfest on each post.

Benefits

Q: What benefits will I receive as an ambassador?

A: Free VIP all-weekend access to SoCal VegFest

A commission on every ticket sold through your affiliate link
The opportunity to earn additional incentives for exceptional performance

Commission

Q: How do I earn a commission?

A: Earn a commission for selling tickets through a custom link.

Q: When will I receive my commission?

A: Commissions will be paid after the event based on the total ticket sales generated through your affiliate link.

Termination

Q: Can my participation in the program be terminated?

A: SoCal VegFest reserves the right to terminate an ambassador's participation in the program if they fail to fulfill their responsibilities or violate these terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

Q: Who owns the content I create for SoCal VegFest?

A: All content created by ambassadors related to SoCal VegFest will remain the property of SoCal VegFest.
