Bio for Ryan Lum
Ryan is best known from the Happy Healthy Vegan Youtube channel, with over 200,000 subscribers and over 31 million views, covering various vegan related topics along with his wife Anji.
For the entire nine years Ryan has been vegan, he’s maintained a very active lifestyle; regularly surfing, playing tennis, distance running, and cycling. At age 50, he made it his goal to slam dunk a basketball, which seemed like an impossible task due to his age and the fact he was never a great jumper to begin with. After over a year of relentless training, Ryan transformed his body from that of a wiry half marathon runner to that of a D1 college basketball player and started slam dunking for the first time in his life at age 51.
